Ceylon Sapphire and Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring
About the Item
Stunning ultra fine cushion shaped Ceylon sapphire and old cut diamond cluster ring set in 18ct yellow gold and white gold. Modern ring made in Edwardian style, using old cut diamonds. Made by Joseph and Pearce in Sheffield, England.
Centre stone sits in 10 18ct yellow gold claws. The Ceylon sapphire weighs 2.08ct and is a vibrant royal blue colour
It is surrounded by 10 old cut diamonds in an 18ct white gold gallery setting, with a total weight of approx 1.22ct. They are H-I in colour and of VS2 clarity.
The half round shank is 18ct yellow gold and measures approx 1.8mm wide. There is a fine scroll detail at each shoulder.
The cluster measures approximately 13.5mm across and 14.8mm in length.
