An impressive antique 0.22 carat sapphire and 0.62 carat diamond, 14k yellow gold and 14k white gold set cocktail ring; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections. This fine and impressive three stone antique ring has been crafted in 14k yellow gold with a 14k white gold setting. The pierced decorated, twist design is ornamented with a feature 0.22 carat round mixed cut blue sapphire, bezel set to the center. The sapphire is flanked to the upper and lower border diagonally with a bezel set Old European round cut diamond. The central arrangement is embellished to either side with a further six pavé set diamonds in a combination of Old European round cuts and eight-cuts. The subtly elevated 14k yellow gold ring shoulders integrate with the twist design and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the interior with the 14k gold fineness mark 585. This impressive antique twist ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Condition This antique 1920s three stone twist ring is fine quality set with a blue sapphire, showing signs of wear in keeping with age, and very well color matched, very high color graded old cut diamonds.
