Victorian Old Cut Diamond Three-Stone Ring
About the Item
Here we have a lovely three stone diamond ring borrowing from the late Victorian style. Set upon a thin 18ct yellow gold band, the face of the piece presents a trio of old cut diamonds; each of which has been individually set in a silver cut collet setting with a wide exposed backing allowing a strong level of light to pass through the stones.
The slim shank of this ring allows it to work equally well alone on the finger as it does in a stack, as demonstrated in the final few images.
These few unique pieces were created by master antique jewellery restorer/re-designer, Gaetano Chiavetta who has expertly paid homage to a classic style.
