ANTIQUE LADY'S POCKET WATCH & FOB "LADY RACINE" by GALLET & CO.

Featured is a lovely woman's pocket watch with fob made by Gallet & Co. It is the "Lady Racine" style, which was introduced in August of 1879.

This particular watch has been engraved "H to N, Mar. 10th 93". There are quite a few numbers and hallmarks on the interior of the case, including two bear stamps which appear in other locations as well. It has scrolling foliage engravings on both sides, with the monogram "NW" on the back.

The fob is a double length of black fabric, with a decorative slider in the middle, a toggle at one end and spring hinge on the other.
