Directly from Marilyn Lewis' estate! Lewis was the founder / designer for Cardinali. She was a bored housewife with two children in the 1960s, and was a fashion icon with an enormous amount of creativity..Though her fashion line, Cardinali was extremely successful. She killed the label in 1977, after nine years, because she wanted to focus on family. Early 70s with black, ivory, brown terra-cotta silk chiffon window pane stripes. Silk bra features hook-and-eye closures and snaps.
