Pair of Rare and Palatial, Cloisonne Vessel-Bearing Figures

About the Item

Stunning in presentation, these cloisonne figures depict finely robed men bearing bowl-like vessels overhead. Beautifully enameled in white, black, blue, red, green and gold. Faces and hands look to be gilt over brass or bronze. Mounted as sculptures on racetrack oval bases of ebonized walnut wood that are 18" tall, 16" wide, and 12" deep. Furthest dimensions of figures themselves are 31" H x 21" W x 17" D.
