Stunning Belgian decanter by Roger Guérin, who was clearly inspired by Picasso when making this piece. The Decanter was Labeled 'Guérin Bouffioulx' and dates from circa 1930. It has an incised signature and number to the base and is offered in very good condition. Outstanding and Rare piece! Roger Guèrin (1896-1954) was one of the most important Belgian ceramicists in Bouffioulx, close to Charleroi. Typical was his use of flowing glazes in his decorations.
