- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Minor structural damages. Chair arms are loose and need to be tightened. Buttons missing on arms. Tear in the front of chair (see photo). All of these things add to the character of each piece. Loveseat is 31"H x 42.25"W x 28.5"D with a 17" Seat Height.
