Exceptional sculpture by Angelo Mangiarotti, Italy, circa 2006 Unique piece. Provenance : Special order for Mangiarotti editor. Carrara marble. Mangiarotti has worked for Cassina, Poltranova, Snaiidero, etc. When he moved to the United States in 1953, he met Frank Lloyd Wright, Walter Gropius, Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe... who have had an important influence on his work. Angelo Mangiarotti died in 2012.
