Six Ivory Glazed Carved Wood Rope and Tassel Dining Chairs
About the Item
Set of six carved wood dining chairs glazed in an ivory lacquer. Rope form legs and tassel feet with knotted seat corners, swaged sides rise up to knotted and tasselled seat back corners. Open back with elongated diamond shape centre. Striped silk upholstered seats in aqua marine, chocolate and butter yellow.
Designed and manufactured by Andre Originals, a quality custom furniture manufacturer that started in Brooklyn, New York and specialized in finely carved wood pieces. Andre Originals was founded in the 1950s by husband and wife team Andre and Jeanette Blitz.
