The Arne Norell "Ari" lounge chair designed in 1966 and is considered his most important design. In 1973 it was awarded "Showpiece of the year" by British Furniture Manufacturer´s. Thick quitted cowhide leather pads attached to a graceful chrome frame. The seating suspension consists of heavy strapping which creates a nice design element when viewed from the back.
