Lounge Chair & Ottoman. Widely known as the “Bird Chair," this design tour de force deploys oversize shock mounts to suspend a wire mesh seat and provide an anti-gravity effect.
Bertoia Design for Knoll with assistance from Richard Schultz in 1952. Extremely comfortable chair in a package that is as radical now as the day it was first introduced.
