A three seat modernist sofa, model Saratoga, featuring a floating cubist body in black lacquered wood which sits on a square base. The sofa also features two piece seat and back rests with original deep orange textured upholstery. By Massimo and Elena Vignelli for Poltronova, Italy circa 1964. Fully documented. The MoMA in New York has several examples of Vignelli's work in their permanent collection.
