"Falcon" Chair by Sigurd Ressell, Circa 1970
# S071- "Falcon" Chair designed by Sigurd Ressell and produced by Vatne Mobler, a Norwegian Furniture maker. It would be hard to find a more comfortable chair. Russell was known for his simple streamlined forms reflecting the fashion of the time. The chair has the original tufted leather which has faded to a warm color. The seat is supported by four arms which hold chrome buckles. All resting on four splayed legs. The sling design use of bent laminated teak was state of the art at the time. It is both sturdy and sculptural.
