19th Century English George III Mahogany Kneehole Desk Stamped Gillows
About the Item
For sale is a good quality George III mahogany kneehole desk stamped Gillows. Having a green leather writing surface, decorated with gold tooling, above three drawers with brass knobs and escutcheons over a further three graduated drawers on either side also with brass handles and escutcheons. On the opposing side of the desk are two cupboard doors opening to reveal a shelved interior. The desk remains in very good condition for its age.
