Charlotte Perriand; French design; 1920's; Modernism A unique collection of 10 Perriand tables. Very pretty solid pine table by the French designer Charlotte Perriand, this model was created in the 1960s for the creation of the Les arcs ski resort. We have 10 tables with legs available and 1 extra table top without legs. Charlotte Perriand (24 October 1903 – 27 October 1999) was a French architect and designer. Her work aimed to create functional living spaces to believe that better design helps create a better society. In her article "L'Art de Vivre" from 1981, she states "The extension of the art of dwelling is the art of living — living in harmony with man's deepest drives and with his adopted or fabricated environment."
