About the Item
French Butcher Presentation Table, (or possible Great Kitchen Island circa 1880-1910. This may be the most copied and reproduced French item in history, but when you see an Original and completely untouched French Butcher Table there is no comparison. The patination of the Marble speaks as loud about its age, as do the layers of surface rust on the Butcher Table's base. No matter how good a restoration is and I think ours is pretty darn good, there is no way we could realistically duplicate the natural aging process. Simply put, this is the best Antique French Butcher Table we have ever owned.
