A Pair of 1950s Molecular Models from Harvard University
About the Item
A pair of models, one of Covellite and one of Zincblende, executed in solid bakelite and supported by shellacked-wood bases. Both retain their original labels, one with the artist's name. The brown spheres have developed a fantastic, marbleized pattern throughout, nearly resembling that of stone. Priced as a pair.
Large: 8 3/4 x 8 1/2 and 10 1/2 tall
Small: 6 1/2 x 7 and 7 3/4 tall
