Oyster Prototype: 1920s bit of history held in excellent condition. This is an early Rolex bearing the name of the man who founded it all: Hans Wilsdorf. An absolute for any appreciator of all things rare and vintage Rolex! The watch has an Arabic dial with sub-seconds and a Pioneer case back.

Hans Wilsdorf came up with the idea of the waterproof "Oyster" case. The movement is marked "Wilsdorf Geneva".
