FEMME DÉNUDÉE is an original, hand drawn, stone lithograph by the French artist Michel Potier printed in Paris during the 1970's using hand lithography techniques on archival Arches paper 100% acid free. FEMME DÉNUDÉE depicts a modern female nude portrait of a standing robot like woman dressed in circus style clothing comprised of blue polka dots, red buttons, pinstripes and multi color shapes, wearing a fetishistic leather choker and bouffant hairstyle. FEMME DÉNUDÉE portrays a odd type of Pop Art eroticism reminiscent of the art of Richard Lindner whose bizarre and mechanical looking characters reflected the rebellious era of the 60s and 70s. Print size - 26 x 20 inches, unframed, good condition, pencil signed by Michel Potier. Edition size - 190 year published - 1973 Michel Potier b.1941 is a painter, designer, engraver and lithographer who graduated from Beaux-Arts in Rouen and Paris. As a professor Potier taught at the distinguished French art school École des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
