Circa 1920's Opera cape in orange silk velvet and silk &velvet fringe.
Arms opening inside the cape but hidden. Double lays of velvet and fringes in the back. The collar is fully ruffled. Orange silk lining very damaged. Sort of scarf in the middle back attach to the collar, with silk fringes as well.
