Louis Poulsen Black Articulated Architects Desk or Wall Lamp, 1970s

About the Item

Often referred to as 'The Ghost of PH' and based on the Ideas of Poul Henningsen this fully adjustable black 'Anglepoise' desk or wall light was designed in-house at Louis Poulsen in the early 1970s. It comes with LP stickers and original porcelain socket. It comes with either wall mount or table 'Clamp', your choice. The black version is rare. From every 1000 white ones made only one black were made. Measurements: L / H / reach: up to 100 cm (40 inches), diameter (shade): 20 cm (8 inches). It came out of an Architect Studio in Denmark. It shows light ware here and there.
