About the Item
Grand mirror, French, from the Napoleon III period. The frame, of hand carved wood, features a rich decor of Acanthus leaves delicately hand carved. The 24 carat gold leafing covers beautifully the sienna glaze underneath. The central beveled oval mirror is original.
