George II Walnut Cabinet on Chest

About the Item

A very nice and rare George II walnut cabinet on chest, the top section with mirror paneled door, and banded border concealing three adjustable shelves, the lower section fitted with four graduating drawers, each with book-matched veneer fronts, raised on shaped bracket feet, stamped by maker ‘RE’ to inside of drawers. Until recently this was being used a liquor cabinet in an upscale office housing a lovely collection of fine Scotch Whiskey's, needless to say it comes with working lock and key
