Circa 2001, Acrylic on "Canvas on board", by Suk Shuglie, Pennsylvania. Colorful and bright, this insouciant still life by Pennsylvania artist Suk Shuglie is titled "Poinsettias and Apples". Born on a farm in rural Korea, Suk Shuglie came to America in 1980 where she studied and painted with distinction, earning regional and international recognition for her work. A particularly large example of her work, this painting is an acrylic on canvas board. It is signed lower left "Suk Shuglie 2001", artist label on reverse. Excellent condition.
Remark: "I love cheerful!"
