About the Item

Art-Deco retro convertible jeweled Brooch-Wristwatch. Gorgeous historical piece, created in America during the transition of the art deco and the retro periods, back in the late 1930's. It was designed as a convertible wristwatch bracelet and a brooch and carefully crafted with impeccable care to details in solid yellow gold of 14 karats with parts accented in platinum for the setting of the diamonds. It is a very convenient and versatile convertible piece, since can be wear alone as a pin brooch or a wristwatch. The bracelet is double chained and is fitted with invisible bars to be dismounted from each side. The brooch has in the reverse a pair of hinged horizontal stem pins. Half moon Diamond: Mount in a bezel settings, with 1 half moon fated cut diamond of 0.22 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity. Baguettes Diamonds: Mount in bezel settings, with 10 caliber baguettes cut diamonds with 0.67 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity. Round Diamonds: Mount in flush prongs settings, with 37 graduated European cut diamonds with 2.79 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity. Blue Sapphires: Mount in prongs settings, with 31 graduated round cuts of Vivid blue sapphires, 1.86 carats. Movement: Tower Watch Co. Swiss, Mechanical winding, 17 jewels unadjusted. Weight: 64.3 grams (41.22 Dwt.). Measurements: The total extended lenght is 7.85 inches and fit a wrist up to 7 Inches (17.78 Cm).
