1966 Paolo Spalla for Cavalli "Sasso" Ring
About the Item
Italian unconventional and stylish Ring crafted in 1966 for Cavalli by the sculptor and goldsmith Paolo Spalla. He began working as a jewel designer in 1960, always demonstrating the close link that bound him to his land and the Po river, both in terms of artistic subjects and the materials used such as stones and pebbles in particular. This Ring, named “Sasso” (stone), features a small brilliant-cut Diamond set on a stone adorned with a decorative doodle made of a Yellow Gold thread, all mounted on a 18k Yellow Gold base and open shank.
Timeless and modern, this artistic piece is out of the ordinary still easy to wear.
