Unsigned as is usual
Most probably created at the Church of St. Agnes, by the women of the Convent of the Cannonesses Regular (Augustinian Nuns) at St.Agnes
Note: A very rare, documented example of women (nuns) scribes
Folio contains a long series of readings, or lessons, consisting of prayers, Psalms, and other short responsory chants and text. It is the end of the sixth and beginning of the seventh lesson
Provenance: Possibly S. Dijkstra (18th century inscription)
