About the Item
The first edition to wear. The striking orange roughfiber work is brought to life by printing on high-quality satin silk and can be admired or worn. Together with a regional partner, 30 satin silk scarves were manufactured in a factory in Como, Italy. The result is a functional edition that works as a work as well as a fashion accessory.
Each individual panel is stretched like its own canvas with woodchip and then woven and beaten using the traditional bast technique. The result is an airy yet self-contained work that refracts the light, integrates perfectly into the room and illuminates it. Now presented on a silk scarf suitable and wearable for any occasion.
