This mixed media portrait shows a Caribbean woman bearing red on her face and surrounded by images of daily rural life. There is a maroon rooster, a turquoise shack, and green palm fronds. On her black top, images from the Taino indians are displayed. At the center is a species of small frog that delights at night with "coqui". The painting has been signed by the artist on the front.
