Zion #6 was inspired after the artist, Debra Ferrari hiked Zion National Park and viewed layers of black volcanic rock formations that was scattered throughout park. This fine art mixed media painting was created using layers of raw canvas over canvas with acrylic black paints and charcoal.

Debra Ferrari
Debra Ferrari is an acclaimed contemporary artist best known for her paintings inspired by nature, modern architecture and design. Ferrari relies on the processes of layering and rendering organic shapes and patterns to narrate the relationships and experiences seen and felt in our natural world.
