Light toned abstract still life with a chair in a forest clearing. The painting is painted black around the edges of the canvas. It is signed in the bottom right corner by the artist and dated. The painting is most likely from her Chair Series. It is also signed on the back of the canvas. Painting is not framed.
Artist Biography: Lin Swanner studied at the Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas. She also attended a graduate program at Ecole des Arts in France. Her work has been exhibited at the Lanning Gallery in Houston, Texas, the Meredith Long & Co. and NRG both in Houston, Texas. She has won the Creative Artist Award and the Visual Artist Award and is also a member of the Art League of Houston. Her work has been shown at many other galleries in Texas.
