About the Item

This is priced because although I'd love to have a good home, it's going to be tough to let it go. This is one of my favorite paintings of all time, and it's been up in every home I've lived in since it's been made. The premise of this painting is when you're with someone that you care for, your goals and ideals on core subjects are not aligned. There's a love and a mutual dependence, but there's also something missing. This picture reminds me that no matter what your intent might be, reality often catches up.
