Beautiful and rare motif of the world famous artist Otto Dill.
Outstanding painting and colors.
Signed and dated. Dimensions WITH frame 47cm x 62cm.
Very good condition.
Works by Otto Dill are in numerous public collections such as the Museum Pfalzgalerie Kaiserslautern, in the Bavarian State Painting Collections Munich, the Municipal Gallery in Lenbachhaus Munich, in the State Museum of Art and Cultural History Oldenburg, in the Musée National d'Art Moderne (Center Georges Pompidou Paris) , and in the Von der Heydt Museum (Wuppertal). In 2001, in his birthplace Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, a museum dedicated to his work was opened. To date, Dill is next to Max Slevogt as the most important painter of the Munich School.
