Samuel Mirsky (1883 - 1980) was active/lived in New York / Russian Federation. Samuel Mirsky is known for portrait, genre painting and still life floral painting. Born in Odessa, Russia in 1883, he became predominantly a portrait painter and studied at the Art Student's League in New York City.
