Museum quality print of David Bowie from the official Duffy Archive. Taken from the original 1980 negative, these official Duffy Archive prints are open edition, authenticated with the official Duffy Archive estate stamp. This rare image of David taken by Duffy was unreleased until it was published in the Five Session book. The contact sheet revealed the Scottie Dog walking in during a meeting regarding the “Scary Monsters” photo shoot and sitting in the chair next to David. The location and story behind the image is pieced together with very limited information adding to the mystery and intrigue of the picture. It has become a firm fan favorite and the most popular of the behind the scenes images shot by Duffy. One size only - Pre matted with a black mat. Mount size 19.75” x 19.75” (50cm x 50cm) - Image size 10.5” x 10.5” (27cm x 27cm) Open edition, unsigned mounted museum quality prints, printed by the Duffy Estate from the original negatives on archival heavyweight paper using Epson K3 Ultrachrome inks Handmade in the archive with an embossed Duffy Archive stamp and rear stamped with information sticker Ink rubber stamped on reverse with a replica of Duffy’s original studio logo
