Original vintage.poster: TRUTH CHRISTMAS. NOTE that this is the turn of the century original poster and is Not a magazine cover. The poster for a gossip magazine focusing on New York society was started in 1881. Truth, brightest of weeklies. Christmas.
Magazines did print larger size format posters of their magazine covers. Sometimes they would be displayed at the newspaper rack or store. Because these were not protected, most of them were destroyed by the weather.
Truth Magazine was published 1891 - 1905. This lithograph is now over 120 years old.
This is an Original Lithograph Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is professional acid-free conservation mounted, linen-backed, and in very good condition.
