Rare original vintage army recruitment poster - Join a Scottish Regiment - featuring a great image by the notable artist most famous for his Guinness posters John Gilroy (John Thomas Young Gilroy; 1898-1985) depicting a smiling soldier wearing a traditional Scottish military uniform including a tartan kilt pointing to the bold blue lettering above with another soldier, a tank and Royal Guard riding a white horse in front of hills in the background, the list of regiments and information on the side - Royal Scots Greys Scots Guards Royal Scots Royal Scots Fusiliers King's Own Scottish Borderers Cameronians Black Watch Highland Light Infantry Seaforth Highlanders Gordon Highlanders Cameron Highlanders Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders enquire at any recruiting office or drill hall Information obtainable at Post Offices.
