Bernard Taurelle
Bernard Taurelle is a famous French artist, widely known for his impressionistic paintings. He graduated from college at 19, with a degree in philosophy. A Renaissance artist, Taurelle is also an accomplished musician and worked briefly as an architect and film set designer. His paintings were exhibited at Galerie Félix Vercel, Avenue Matignon in Paris and Madison Avenue, New York alongside such artists as Pablo Picasso, Fernand Léger, Armand Guillaumin, Maurice Utrillo and Claude Venard. Taurelle’s paintings are a part of the permanent collections of the French museums such as Musée National d'Art Moderne, Musée de Toulouse, Musée de Bordeaux, Musée de Nice, Musée de Grenoble, Musée de Rouen and Ville de Paris.
