Floral Polished Cotton Sundress Dress, 1970's

About the Item

1970's polished cotton sundress in a floral and stripe print with a mix of cheerful colors including pink, red, yellow, green and blue on a black background. The one shouldered design has a peplum waist and full skirt lined with a netted crinoline. The 'piece de resistance' is a fabric corsage applique at the shoulder strap which mimics the floral design in the print. Charming! The dress zips and hooks at the back with boning at the bodice and a coordinating belt at the waist. Perfect look for a garden party or a stroll in the park. From Norman's, an Atlanta boutique which carried fine ladies clothing. CONDITION Very good condition. Professionally cleaned and ready for wear. SIZING & MEASUREMENTS The size is not marked though the dress best fits U.S. size 6 with attention to the following measurements. For visual reference, the mannequin in the photographs is a size 4 and the dress was too large for a proper fit especially at the bust.
