About the Item
Haute Couture grade gown. No label aside from the "Made in Spain" set in the hand finished side seam of the bodice. The bodice is beaded and embroidered with a skillful array of beads, crystals, and gold thread work in the style of Dior's famous Palmyre gown, although dare we say the skill level of this gown is even superior to that of Dior's and the micro small beads make us think Balenciaga. 1950S BALENCIAGA Style Ivory & Brown Silk Duchess Satin Gown With Elaborate Gold Metalwork Embroidery Crystal Beading
