Black & Off White slub silk & silk organza strapless cocktail dress from the 1960s by S.Howard Hirsh California.
100% slub silk strapless cocktail dress from the 1960s that is still relevant today. The bodice is black silk organza with organza flowers, the off white slub silk dress is lightly gathered under the bust falling straight to the hem. The bodice is lined in black rayon, the dress is lined in off white rayon. The seams are taped inside. The dress closes at the back with a metal zipper & hook & eye.
Marked inside on the original paper tags 9/10. There is no boning in the bust so you might want to add a boned bra, or not depending on your bust. Fits like a modern 2-4. In very good vintage condition.
In excellent wearable condition. All our clothing is dry cleaned and inspected for condition and is ready to wear. Any condition issues will be noted. For visual comparison our mannequin is a size 4.
