This is such a romantic and seductive cocktail from the iconic Ceil Chapman designer label. Perfect for any upcoming gala or wedding; you can't help but feel feminine in this beauty! The garment is fashioned from a vibrant watercolor floral-garden pure silk. The bodice is an exquisite heavily-sculptured scoop-neck plunge, ruched short-sleeve design. A nipped-waist hourglass skirt with a seductive back fishtail finishes this garment off with a perfect "femme fatale" silhouette. Ceil Chapman is often said to be Marilyn Monroe's favorite designer and I can totally see why. This dress is flirty and elegant at the same time. Old Hollywood glamour at its finest!
