Incredible vintage 1980s / 80s VICTOR COSTA for NEIMAN MARCUS purple silk taffeta strapless dress and sash belt! Features accordian pleated ruffle along the bodice, down the front side, and at the hem. Flattering fitted boned bodice that holds everything in place, with a nice flattering full skirt. Detachable sash belt. Great quality, with so much attention to detail. In great condition. Made in USA.
