About the Item

Japanese bronze okimono of a rabbit, Maruki Company, Meiji Period. This charming study, cast as a seated rabbit, with its ears erect, and a curious expression on its face. Having shakudo inlaid eyes. Maruki Company seal mark to the base. Height – 18.5 cm, 7 1/4”. Width – 12.7 cm, 5”. Depth – 8 cm, 3 1/8”. Condition – Excellent original condition.
