A Fine Table Cabinet
Rising from scrolling foliate bracket feet, the rectangular cabinet constructed in rosewood and surmounted with a hinged cavetto moulded lid set with a Sèvres-style porcelain plaque and a mother-of-pearl inlaid border, the lid revealing a fitted interior with sewing implements; the twin doors of conforming design with blue-ground porcelain panels, revealing drawers and a removable rosewood-veneered writing desk.
