About the Item
Japanese Imari vase, the interior rim is sparsely painted with stylized flowers and foliate, the baluster shaped body is boldly and profusely decorated with stylized flowers, foliate, birds and other typical Imari motifs. The lower portion (below the rim) has a subtle ""ribbed'' effect, hopefully captured in the photos.
