Pair of Meissen Porcelain Ivy or Grapeleaf Pattern Trumpet Flower Vases

About the Item

A fine pair of antique porcelain flower vases. By the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. In the Ivy or Grapeleaf pattern. With bands of green vines around the circumference and the top end of the foot, further highlighted with gilt bands. Fully marked to the bases. Simply wonderful top-shelf porcelain! Date: 20th Century Overall Condition: They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Condition Details: There are some spots of gold loss (particularly at the rim and footrims). Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Meissen Pattern: Ivy or Grapevine Marks: Marked to the base with a blue underglaze crossed swords mark / impressed 28 & 478 and with blue and gold decorater numbers. Measurements: Height: ca. 6 3/8 in. Diameter: ca. 5 3/8 in. Items purchased from this dealer must delight you. Purchases may be returned for any reason for a period of 7 days.
