French Silver Plated Cocktail Shaker Set With Tray and Cups c.1940

About the Item

A stunning cocktail set, perfect to adorn the finest bars or drinks trolly consisting of a cocktail shaker, six small cups or beakers and a tray. All pieces are made from French silver plate, each piece having matching makers marks confirming the set is all original, having been kept together over the last 70 or 80 years. It has been through our silversmith's workshop where it has been professionally cleaned and polished, the cups being re-gilded on the interior; restoring the set to it's former glory. Dating to c.1940/1950 it remains in excellent condition. The tray has a diameter measuring 9 3/8" x 5/8"; the shaker having and diameter measuring 3 1/4" x 8" tall; each cup measures 1 7/8" in diameter x 2 1/8" tall.
