A gorgeous English porcelain dinner plate made by Royal Chelsea, circa early to mid-20th century, 1940s -1960s, England. Plate is decorated with 22-karat gold and small turquoise blue dots, raised, on an all-white ground, in the 'Gothic' pattern design.
